Close more sales calls
The Naked Peach team was wasting time on consultations with unqualified leads who weren’t booking at the end of the call. I decided to bring in an outside expert, and I used my network to identify a sales consulting team that came highly recommended by other photographers. I worked closely with that team to overhaul the entire sales process, including transitioning to a new CRM and creating a series of Google ads and targeted Facebook ads with landing pages for each campaign. They suggested creating a sales landing page to walk through on calls, and I storyboarded and copywrote the entire page. I trained my team on how to use the new tools, wrote the new script, created the new CRM’s automated workflow, and oversaw quality control after implementation.
The Results
50% increase in Closed deals
After the project ended, the team was closing 50% more deals, and I continued to push that number higher by iterating new versions of the script, fine tuning the sales process, and adding new flows, like an automated retargeting campaign for cold leads. I met weekly with the team to gather feedback on the new process, and used their experiences as well as my own to further refine the process. I used the new CRM’s SMS capabilities to implement a text flow that pushed leads through a qualifying process before allowing them to book a consultation, resulting in an 80% decrease in consultation no shows.
